Questions people ask
Is high DHT on TRT dangerous?
Not by itself. Watch PSA and prostate symptoms. High DHT with a receding hairline is a genetics conversation, not a lab emergency.
Why is my libido flat with normal testosterone?
DHT and estradiol matter as much as testosterone here. Low DHT from a blocker or crashed estradiol from an AI are the usual culprits.
