Tracking

From lab PDF to a tracker in one minute

How to get every marker off a Medichecks, Thriva, Randox or clinic PDF into one place where the change since last time is visible.

Updated 2026-09-27 · Part of the Magno guides

Most people on TRT have their bloods in three places: a PDF in an email, a photo of a printout, and a screenshot of the flagged rows they posted in a forum. None of those show the change since last time, which is the only thing that matters after the first panel.

What a tracker needs to get right

How Magno does it

Drop the PDF, or a photo of the page, into the app or into the free reader at Read my bloods. The file is read on your phone with the text layer, or with OCR for scans and photos; nothing is uploaded. Every row comes back as marker, value, unit and range with a confidence dot, you correct anything the parser doubted, and it saves.

From then on each marker has one line across every test: the value, the lab range, the change since the last draw, and the panel it belongs to. The panel gets a written verdict: what the numbers mean together, the probable causes on a protocol, and what people usually do.

The habit that makes it work

Photos work too

A phone photo of a printed report reads fine if the whole table is in frame, the page is flat and the light is even. Photos of a screen are harder; a screenshot of the PDF is better than a photo of it.

Read yours

Drop your lab PDF or a photo and get every marker read like this, in plain words. Free, no account, nothing leaves your browser. Save it in the app to see the change since your last test.

Not medical advice

This is how experienced TRT users read the number and what they usually do about it. Every decision about your protocol belongs to you and a clinician who knows you.
